SECURING CRITICAL NATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE (CNI)
As part of a CNI provider’s Security Upgrade Programme, ICARAS Consultants were contracted to provide a holistic suite of Protective Security services and products to provide the organisation with pragmatic advice that could be used to reduce their security risk profile. This was a wide-ranging project that benefitted from full integration into the client’s project team, thereby ensuring a trusted partnership approach to deliver an array of outputs which included:
Physical Security Services and Products
Protective Security site visits and interviews for high priority and representative sites.
Protective Security Risk Assessments for high priority sites.
Production of a Minimum Security Standards document.
Independent analysis of Security systems of high priority sites.
Security Governance and Risk Management Services and Products
Preparation and delivery of a Capability Maturity Model (CMM) baseline workshop, and 12 month review workshop.
Development and delivery of a Security Implementation Roadmap.
Development and delivery of an Organisational Overview report.
Security Awareness and Education Services and Products
Support & Development Needs Analysis (to address the change management, governance and policy adjustments required to achieve alignment with the PSR).
Development and delivery of a Security awareness and training package.
