Specific services and products included:
Assistance in understanding the requirements and challenges faced.
Review of schematic plans for technical security enhancements and assessment of the impact these may have on security workforce requirements.
Site visits to each of the nationwide facilities to review and assess their security workforce requirements in light of current (or planned) physical and technical security upgrades.
Comprehensive review of the security functions and tasks of the security staff.
Delivery of individual site reports for each of the facilities, providing an assessment of the impact of current (or planned) physical and technical security upgrades on future security workforce requirements; recommendations regarding the skill mix and number of future security personnel required in order to appropriately address the site risks; a RACI type summary of the security functions required in the facility; and recommendations on who would ideally provide these services (where appropriate).
Delivery of an overview report to provide: Aggregated reporting across the sites; discussion of common patterns and themes; opportunities for improvement across the Protective Security spectrum as observed during site visits.
